I have tried several times to re-connect my accounts, for some reason my bank merged my business with my personal, so i opened another bus. online, its still not showing?

Accounts connected through online banking cannot be merged directly within QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). For assistance regarding this matter, it's best to contact your financial institution so they can investigate and provide a resolution.

 

Regarding your newly opened business account, could you please share the name of your bank? This will help us check for any related issues that may be causing the problem you're experiencing. You can also visit their website to look for maintenance notifications or alerts. 

 

If your new account is not showing, make sure you've properly connected it using the correct login credentials or URLs.

 

However, if it was successfully linked but isn't visible, or if you're not seeing all successfully connected bank accounts in the Manage accounts window, I recommend clearing your browser's cache to remove excessive cache and refresh the system. Alternatively, you may use other supported browsers if the issue persists.
