Question

I just switched from QB desktop (forced to make the switch) to QB Online and how do I print an envelope? Simple!

I'm trying to print a standard envelope on QB Online in order for me to place an invoice that I made using QB. However I was told that I cannot do this!  Last time I checked the USPS still exists.  And not everyone of my clients pays by credit card or ACH.  How is this simple feature of printing an envelope not offered?  I did it for 20 years on QB desktop.

I recognize how convenient it is to print an envelope, rwdevoe. But allow me to share some insight about this matter. 

 

Printing an envelope in QuickBooks (QBO) is unavailable. In the meantime, if you need to print envelopes, QBO offers Forms Envelopes that are compatible with the software. These envelopes are available through the Intuit Market.
