Hello there, I'm here to help link your home depot card in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To start, may I know the exact error message you receive when attempting to link your Home Depot card? That information is a great help so I can provide a timely solution.

In the meantime, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue. Let's start by accessing your QBO account via incognito mode. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Once signed in, attempt to link the Home Depot card again. If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If not, you can use another supported browser or device.

For reference, check out this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

You can also manually upload bank transactions into your QBO account via CSV files. For a detailed guide, check out this link: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns about linking your card in QBO. Please don't hesitate to leave a reply below. Have a good one and stay safe.

Another option, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo) as a workaround.
