Here are the steps you can perform to print a copy of your workers 1099 form:

  1. Create your 1099s in QuickBooks.
  2. Once completed, choose the I'll file myself option.
  3. Select the type of form you are printing.
  4. Check if the forms are aligned properly and click Print sample on blank paper. If it looks good, tick Yes, looks good! If not, select No, it doesn't line up and follow the on-screen instructions, then click Next.
  5. Choose View selected 1099 contractors to confirm your contractors.
  6. Hit Print on 1099 forms then Print.
  7. Then, click Next and then Done.

You can also go to your 1099 E-File Service account to print a copy of the 1099 form. Here's how:

  1. Head to the the1099 E-File Service sign-in page at this link.
  2. Input your Intuit login credentials.
  3. Select Sign In
  4. Click View past forms page.
  5. Print the form.

I can help you with printing your 1099s, @rharrison.

You can get a copy of your previous year's 1099s if you've filed it through our 1099 E-file service, you can log in to your account and print a copy from there.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your 1099 E-file Service account
  2. Click Download and print copies for your records
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions until you reach the Download You 1099 Forms screen.
  4. Select to either Print For Contractors or Print For Your Records

For more information about the 1099-MISC and the 1099-NEC, refer to this article: Get answers to your 1099 questions

Also, you'll want to know how to access and print your other tax forms to save a copy for future use.

I'm always here if you have more questions about managing your payroll forms in QBDT. I'd be glad to hear more from you in the comment section. Take care and enjoy the rest of the day.
