Question

I'm attempting to connect a sales channel to my QBs Online account but it's not working. The error I am getting is 571; any advice on troubleshooting?

When I go to connect the Shopify account it tells me that your store is not available. "Try again or go back to select a different account provider. (571)" is the error message that pops up when it says, "We couldn't complete your connection."

To begin with, let's link the mentioned sales channel through an incognito window. You may use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Control + Option + P

 

If it works, you may go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages. You can also use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari to isolate the issue further.
