I followed the steps and it wasn't working until I selected "Remove Access" from the pop up window 3 dots to the right of the Amazon Business Expense, and accomplished the process again.

I'll make sure to help you fix this error, carlos4.

This error 571 can occur for two reasons. It could be due to the following:

  • You closed the authorization page too early when connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online.
  • Your web browser may have pop-up blockers enabled, which could be stopping you from finishing the setup and accessing the transaction page.

Moving forward, disabling the pop-up blockers on your web browser can resolve the 571 error. Here's how to do it using Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the three-dot menu and select Settings.
  2. Then, Privacy and security and choose Site settings.
  3. Toggle the setting to don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.
Note: Steps for disabling pop-up blockers may differ depending on the web browser you are using. Other browsers may have alternative methods for turning off pop-up blockers.

Once done, refresh the page to ensure that the permission page loads fully and reconnect your Amazon Business account.

Lastly, I've gathered a few articles that guides you through reviewing and matching the transactions:

If you come across another error while navigating your linked account and transactions from the bank feed, please make another post. I'll ensure to assist you promptly.
