I'm no longer subscribed but I would like to view my data from 2024 so I can do my taxes. It seems to be stuck on "We're fetching your data". Has anyone run into this?

QuickBooks retains your data for one year from the date of cancellation. If you canceled your subscription less than a year ago, you should still be able to access it even though your account is no longer active.

However, if you canceled your subscription more than a year ago, QuickBooks deletes your accounting information, and you won't be able to access your data.

The error message you encounter could be due to the accumulation of too many cached files in the browser. To verify if this is a browser-related issue, we can log into your QuickBooks account using an incognito window. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to save time:

• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to access the data after using an incognito window, then it's likely caused by your browser. You'll want to clear your regular browser cache to start fresh. Alternatively, use another supported browser to narrow down the result. 

Moreover, you can always resubscribe to your QuickBooks account if you feel the need to use the program again to manage your accounting tasks.
