I’ve taken pics of many of my receipts but none are showing up on my iPhone. It’s been like this for a few days now

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Lowes. Let's work together to ensure that your receipts appear in QuickBooks Online after you upload them.

When uploading your receipts to QuickBooks, please note that the supported file types are PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. If you have a newer iPhone or iPad, your pictures may be in the HEIC format. You can convert HEIC images to a compatible format before uploading.

If the issue persists even after confirming the correct format of your images, clearing your app data cache can slow down your device as it takes up memory and resources.

Here's how:

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Click Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that takes up much space. Free up storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.
  3. Select Offload App.

If you are still encountering the same outcome, I recommend updating the app through your device's App Store or Google Play Store. You can also consider uninstalling and reinstalling it once the problem continues.

In the meantime, you can upload your receipts through the web browser. For more insights, you can review this link: Upload your receipts to QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you can email your receipt to QuickBooks Online, and we will extract the details to create a transaction for your review.

I'll keep this thread open if you have other concerns about uploading receipts to QuickBooks Online. We'll be here to lend a hand.
