I'm the main user and I can't log into my account.

The system says that there is no account linked to my email, how to solve it?

One of the reasons for the sudden changes in the program is the cache piled up on your browser. To isolate this, let's use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. This doesn't retain local files, so this helps rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

 

From there, try to login to your QuickBooks account and ensure your internet connection is fine. If this works, you’ll need to clear the browser's cache. By doing this, it’ll remove the built-up cache in your default browser, so you can start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.
