Greetings, @CVE1.

I can see your frustration about receiving an error code in QuickBooks Online. Let's figure out why you're unable to proceed with the card payment process through PayPal.

The error 81624 with QuickBooks typically occurs when the bank blocks or fails to authorize or validate a payment transaction. Nonetheless, there are a few steps you can take to try and resolve this issue:

Double-check that the payment details you have entered in QuickBooks are accurate, including your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.

We recommend getting in touch with your bank manager to verify if QuickBooks has been authorized to charge your account. They might need to conduct some verification procedures on their side. Regarding PayPal, reach out to PayPal directly or the bank associated with your PayPal account.

Furthermore, this is also to ensure there are no issues with your account or any restrictions on online transactions. They may be able to provide more information about why the payment is being blocked.
