I'm trying to shorten our company name on estimates and invoices, however I keep getting error code. What does error code 955 mean?

I found a thread that talks about the same error code happening.  It seems as though they know it's an issue, but haven't resolved it.

I've checked our records and found out that we've received similar cases of users getting an error code 955 when attempting to shorten the company name. I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the affected user's list. They'll also notify you via email on updates about the issue.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help (?) icon.
2. Click the Search tab, then Contact us.
3. Choose a topic to connect with the right expert.
4. Select how would you like to connect with us.
