I'm unable to connect my PNC bank to quick books. I'm getting an error 571 "We couldn't complete your connection"

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

I'm here to ensure you can connect your PNC bank in QuickBooks Online successfully, Ryan.

 

Error 571 happens when you close out of the bank sign-in window during the add connection flow. Or when active pop-up blockers on your browser prevent the completion of the process.

 

To resolve the error, restart the process and turn off the pop-up blockers in your browser. After doing so, attempt to connect again.

 

Once your account is connected, QuickBooks automatically downloads transactions your transactions.

 

After downloading your banking data, you can categorize them to ensure they are accounted for properly.
