I need help and can't get it anywhere. Does anyone know how I can get the promised 24/7 support for Premium Payroll? It's still advertised as "24/7" on Intuit's site.

That is to say, stuff vanishes here all the time. This part of their website is held together by what I assume to be spit and prayer.
