I recognize you need to change your subscription, @ghalib. I can show you the steps to upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop account.

 

When you launch QuickBooks, a notice will appear if a new version is available. We make upgrading simple for you.

 

See the steps below:

 

  1.  Select Upgrade Now.
  2. Select Keep the old version on my computer if you want to keep your current QuickBooks. Then select the Let’s go button. QuickBooks downloads install; and activates the new version for you. It updates your company file(s).
  3. Choose Open QuickBooks after the update.

I want to upgrade from Quickbooks pro 2012 desktop to quickbooks pro 2021 desktop

    My main goal is to ensure you can upgrade to the 2021 version, jkh2.

     

    Upgrading the QuickBooks Desktop 2012 version to 2021 is a big leap. Since the desktop program has a three-year life cycle, we'll have to convert your data file(s) in stages from 2012 to 2015 to 2018 to 2021. Then, restore them in between. When doing so, we'll need a trial account to migrate your file successfully.

     

    Since we only have the 2023 trial version, I highly recommend contacting our technical support team. This way, they can guide you in upgrading your QuickBooks. They can also provide you with a trial license for the QuickBooks Desktop 2015 version. To connect with them, please follow these easy steps:

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. Go to the Help menu and then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
    2. Click Contact us. 
    3. Enter Upgrade from QuickBooks 2012 to 2021 in the Tell us more about your question box.
    4. Select Search.
    5. Choose either Call us or Message us.
