I need to delete the Company Logo How do I do this ? If I have to delete the company I can Please help me reset this Thanks Ray Little

You can replace the logo instead, Ray.

 

Once the company logo has been uploaded, there's no option to delete it. I've got two options that might work for you:

  • Upload a blank white picture and use it as a logo if you don't want your company file to have a logo.
  • Replace the logo with a new one.

Here's how:

  1. Click your company name on the Dashboard.
  2. In the Company name section, click the company logo. Make sure to save a replacement logo.
  3. Click the Plus icon, and choose which logo you want to use to replace the old one.
  4. Click Save. 

If you don't want to see a logo in QBO, I'd suggest using the blank white picture. This way, you don't have to delete your company file and start over.

 

It would be great to see an option to delete a logo. I highly recommend sending feedback to our engineers to have this feature added in a future update. Here's the link to share your thoughts and suggestions about QBO: https://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/.

This is a major flaw. You should easily be able to remove the image. Having a user to set a new ‘blank’ or complete white image is very disappointing! Shame! I think someone in the developement team should give me a call - if they cannot code this into a simple command, I will gladly give some guidance on how to do this.

It's great to see you here in the Community, @Nissaya. Removing the image of your company logo is a good option. However, it isn't currently available in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can consider the recommendation of my colleague above to either upload a blank white picture or replace the logo with the updated one.

 

Furthermore, we have a separate forum that handles the suggestions from our customers in improving the system. This is the place where developers engage with others to discuss programming issues. With this, I'd recommend posting your concerns from there so our product developers can consider your recommendation to provide an option to remove the company logo. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?. 
  3. Click Ask a Question. 
  4. Select Create Account. 
  5. Enter your concern.
  6. Click Ask. 

 

Moreover, you can personalize your QuickBooks account to work the way you want it. You can change your company settings and turn on additional features in the Accounts and Settings menu.
