Question

I need to print 1 check; however, QB is showing me that I have 3 of the same check to print. I only input 1 check! Why is this occurring?

Hello there, @marisa121663.

QuickBooks prints your checks depending on how you've set it up. Did you select Voucher checks or Standard checks on the Print checks setup page?

QuickBooks may show you three of the same check to print because you have selected the Standard checks option in the print checks setup. Because Standard checks are printed three to a page, you might have an extra check or two left over. On the Print Checks page, you can select the check you need to print and disregard the extra printed checks.

If you pick Voucher checks instead, you'll get one check per page along with the check stubs. You can also select this option if it suits your workflow better.
