I need to re-do a 1099. The help instructions state that I must "void" the prior 1099, but there is no "void" button available to start the process over.

  1. In your QBO account, click on the Help icon.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your issue and follow the on-screen instructions.
