Why do you need to do that?

Because I added fictitious clients for the purpose of testing and knowing my way around quickbooks but now that I am starting my business I need to remove the ones I did just to make it Clean

I'm here to help you clean up your customer list, ebramgishak.

You can use the batch action feature in QuickBooks Online to deactivate multiple customers at once. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales and select Customers.
  2. Check the box of your clients name.
  3. Click the Batch action dropdown and select Make inactive.
  4. Confirm by clicking Yes, make inactive.

Please take note that if you make a parent customer inactive, you'll have to deactivate their sub-customers or delete the associated project first.
