Question

I need to reverse a pay cheque from last month that looks like it was paid by a manual cheque but is actually a copy.

QB says that all cheques following that one have to be reversed, which include direct deposit payroll and we're having trouble voiding or deleting them. I've called QB twice so far.

Yes, you're unable to void or delete last month's paycheques, agreene. We'll route you to the next best help who can do this for you to maintain accurate payroll data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
