I need to set up a vendor/contractor to pay them via direct deposit. Why don't I have that option in my menu?

When you browse the internet, your browser stores temporary files and data to help speed up future browsing. However, when the cache accumulates too much, it may cause unexpected behavior with the product, such as not showing the vendor/contractor. Therefore, clearing your browser cache may help resolve the issue and allow the vendor/contractor to appear on the product.

To start, it's a good idea to access your account in a private window to ensure that your device's web searches and login details aren't saved. To do this, open a new private window by pressing the following keyboard shortcut keys:

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

If you're able to view the vendor/contractor option in QuickBooks. Please return to your regular browser and clear its cache. This often resolves issues with temporary data stored by the browser that could be causing problems with QuickBooks.  

If clearing the cache doesn't work, you can use a different supported browser. This can be helpful if your current browser is experiencing a temporary issue with QuickBooks. You can switch to a new browser and see if that helps you return to working order.
