I select supplier, enter data into bill, press save and keeps asking me to select supplier/account. What is going wrong?

After adding the supplier and entering all required information when creating a bill, the system allows you to save the bill. Since it prompts you to select the supplier despite entering the information, let's take some basic troubleshooting steps to address this behavior.

 

Access your QBO account in a private browser. Private browsing creates a separate session, isolating it from your regular browsing activities. It helps us determine if it is acting unusual using your regular browser.

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: press: Shift + CTRL + P

 

If everything works well in the private browser, you can try clearing the cache on your usual browser to minimize any unusual message while using QBO, especially when creating bills. Alternatively, you can also use a different supported browser.
