I transferred billing to my client without making him a primary admin. How can I add them without resubscribing?

To get started, let's make sure you're added as an accountant to complete the transfer. If you haven't been added yet, kindly request your client to send you an invitation.

 

Please note that if the client's subscription is annual billing, they'll need to change to monthly before the accountant transfers billing to the firm. If a client's subscription is canceled and was previously annual, they'll need to resubscribe, move to monthly, and then transfer the billing to the accountant.

 

To resolve this, please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online Accountant, go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Choose the Your Subscriptions tab.
  3. Select Add existing clients.
  4. Click the checkbox for the clients you want to add.
  5. Select Add Clients.
