Question

I tried to edit my company's date format, and it tells me that I was using QBO at the same time and finished first, so it could not be saved?!?

For some strange reason, I am showing up as the Primary Admin instead of the Company Admin of my own company file.  I am really worried that someone else is in my file?!?

Based on the details you've shared above, I suspect you may be experiencing a browser-related issue that's causing the issue. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this a try on your browser when you get a chance. You can also check and manage the users on your account by clicking on the Gear icon > Manage users
