I see that you've encountered data loss in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) and need assistance in recovering it. I'm here to guide you through the process of connecting with our QuickBooks Team. Here's what you need to do:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.


If you need to retrieve your bank data, I recommend linking your accounts to QuickBooks Online. This will eliminate the need for manual entry of your transactions into the program. Once linked, QuickBooks will automatically download your data, and all you'll have to do is categorize them.

 

Please be aware that some banks allow downloading of transactions for the past 90 days, while others may go back up to 24 months. For missing transactions, you can manually upload them into QuickBooks.
