Question

I've already paid my annual subscription, do they deduct anything off of the QB Online if I subscribe?

I have Intuit QB Annual Payroll that I just renewed on 3/24/2024 for $909.50 and Intuit QB Plus Annual Subscription that I just renewed on 6/15/2024 for $937.53.  I want to upgrade to QB Online and QB Online Payroll.  How does that work with the $1,800+ I just paid out for my renewals?

You're considering converting data from QB Desktop to QB Online, correct?

You can request for a refund for QB Desktop, but it's too late for the Enhanced Payroll subscription. You should wait until next April switching to QBO.

Thank you for the information.  I will apply for a refund for the QB Desktop subscription and wait until next year to upgrade my payroll to the QB Payroll Online.

Enhanced Payroll is an add-on. You still need QB Desktop to use it.
