Glad to see you here today, @info1993. I appreciate your effort in posting your 1099 filing concerns in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me assist you on how you can get this corrected.

If the filed 1099 forms have been rejected by the IRS, we can still fix it by resubmitting your 1099s and voiding the previous one to update some incorrect information and e-file this again. To begin, let’s see what 1099 forms were rejected:

  1. Open your QBO company.
  2. Select the Taxes menu, then 1099 filings.
  3. Find the alert on the page that explains why the IRS declined your 1099 forms.
  4. Then, proceed to void this by selecting Void forms from the 1099 filings tab.

After that, proceed to Steps 3 and 4 to update and resubmit your forms: Fix rejected 1099 forms.

However, if the filed 1099 forms are accepted by the IRS, you'll have to make the corrections, or updates can be made in a printed copy and sent in by mail directly to the IRS. You can use these IRS instructions.

Moreover, QBO will offer the option to submit amended 1099 forms within the program sooner for 2023 1099s. Although QuickBooks has not provided official instructions yet, you can check back on this article from time to time to view the steps you need to perform: Correct or change 1099s in QuickBooks.

Additionally, you can check out this article to learn more about viewing your tax payments and forms in QBO: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.

I'll always be around on this thread if there's anything else you need further assistance with when filing corrections to your 1099s. Just keep me posted below, so I can back you up. Have a great day!
