I wish you didn't have to go through all these hurdles when doing your payroll tasks, 2carrirw.

 

I understand the urgency of getting this resolved and how updates are relevant to you and your business. We appreciate the time you've taken to share this error with us. As per checking, this investigation is still in progress. Although this is being actively looked into, we do not have an ETA for resolution at this time. Don't worry, our product developer team is in the process of being prioritized or investigated and is implementing measures to help you keep going when filing your payroll taxes.

 

Since the Community is a public forum, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support team to ensure timely updates on the investigation status and receive an email notification once this gets resolved.

  1. In your QBO account, click Help.
  2. Click the Search tab and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter the error message in the description box and select Continue.
  4. Start a chat with a support expert.
