Question

I want to print my receipts by my thermal printer versus standard printer. Can anyone help me to change over to a thermal printer?

I can share some details about printing receipts within the program,

It's possible to use any printer as long as it's connected to your device to access QuickBooks Online (QBO). Once you've found and opened the transaction or receipt you created, you can select either the Print or Preview button and then click on Print. Just make sure to choose your printer device (thermal printer) to get going.

When printing receipts in QBO, it is essential to ensure that you have selected the correct thermal printer device. The recommended paper size for printing receipts in QBO is Letter (8.5 x 11 inches).

Alternatively, you can search for third-party software compatible with QBO that allows you to print using thermal printers. This way, you can print the receipts to the desired size.

If you want to personalize the data of your sales forms, refer to this link: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.
