I've got your back, s-berreles.

Let me make it up to you by ensuring you've modified the bank information of your deposits correctly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you've recently changed your bank account for your company's bank deposits, you can pull up a report to verify the details you need. I'll show you how to do it:

  1. Choose Reports from the menu.
  2. You can scroll down and see the Sales and Customers section.
  3. You can also search for the Deposit Detail report from the search bar.
  4. Personalize the report according to the data you need by clicking Customize.
  5. Click Run report to save the changes.

From there, you can see lists of bank deposits so you'll be able to verify if it's posted to the correct bank account.

However, if you mean that you've changed the employee's direct deposit bank account details you can directly go to the Employees page to verify it. I'll add this article to learn more about this: Set up direct deposit for employees.

Otherwise, if this isn't the case and you mean something else, would you mind adding it to your reply below? This way, I can share with you an accurate resolution. Additional details can help us get on the same page.

If you still want to talk to someone from our representatives, you can view this page for ways how to connect with us: QuickBooks Online Support.

Additionally, if you're using QuickBooks Payments and you want to change your bank account for deposits, this article can help you: Change the deposit bank account for QuickBooks Payments.

Do you require additional assistance with managing your deposits? Please don't hesitate to include them in your response. I'll be right there to help you whenever you need it.
