If you update your Quickbook self employed on your laptop will it sync with the mobile app?

Hi @dianeholdsworthp,

 

The QBO app collects cache files that help to save you time while browsing. Sometimes, these files can become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the one with your account. Here's how you can reset them:

 

  1. Open your QBO account, then go to Help.
  2. Select Reset App Data. See attached screenshot below.

Once you're done, close out the QuickBooks app and try syncing again. I've added this article about fixing QuickBooks app at this link here: QuickBooks App for Windows General Support.

Hi dianeholdsworthp. The QuickBooks Mobile app is always in sync with your QuickBooks Online account you access through your laptop. This is the biggest benefit of using QuickBooks Online Self Employed, the ability to access your books wherever whenever.
