Import Invoice Templates

I don't think was a good idea to remove the import tool on Invoice Templates!

First of all you take out the personality of your client. We look like all the same now thanks to quickbooks!

So the ones who really cares about and even paid marketing teams to develop forms with the company personality and colors can just consider this budget "bad debit".... Not nice!

And second, there are more than just be a pretty "face" to your customer! There are custom necessary fields. There are companies that need to have fields like Time out for delivery, Employee who picked the goods, Name of the driver goods are loaded ... Verifier Name!

So what do we fix those problems now?

Your template tool is awful. There are no way to put custom notes and text to the invoice!

You must put the import tool back ..... really!!!!!

I hear your sentiments, @Lembi.

I understand the importance of personalizing your invoices according to your preferences. This way, you’ll be able to add the necessary fields for your data in the template. Let me turnaround this experience by walking you through sharing your suggestion to the right department.

I do agree with you that adding more customizations and functionality would make the program better and more flexible. We want to ensure our users get the most out of QuickBooks. With this, I encourage you to send your idea to our developers.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions, then click Next.

Please know that we’re unable to provide a specific time frame as to when this feature will be available.

You'll want to track your suggestion through this website. You can also visit our blog to keep up with all of our recent events and developments.

I've included a detailed resource about working with custom fields that may come in handy moving forward: Create & edit custom fields.

Please know that you can personalize your sales forms that suites your business needs. You can use this article as your guide: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have other concerns apart from importing invoice templates. I'll be around if you need help. Stay safe and take care always

I already had share my concerns with FEEDBACK area on website!

But you just got an "ok your feedback was submitted" and nothing else! No case number no deadline to respond your problem .. nothing!

About custom fields I already create 3 and that's maximum you can do!

And there is no way to write a text on invoice (unless is on message boxes - 2) so it is not placed where I wish it would!

Not working! No response,... Awful
