"Something is not quite right. Unexpected server error. Please try again.

 



I am having trouble importing our data into our books. I can import files using the Accountant view, but it does not work on Business View. It is unusual because it should both work. Can anyone help me with this?

The problem you're experiencing is a possible cause of a cache issue. Browsers use cache to speed up the loading of web pages, but over time, it accumulates and can cause unusual behavior in programs.

 

To fix this, log in to your QBO account using an incognito or private browser window. This will enable you to work with a clean slate. Please use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Then, try to import your product and services again. If it's successful, clear your regular browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. Also, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected. 

 

Additionally, you can generate reports for your inventory to monitor the sales and current status of your products and services more effectively.
