Imported square transactions but when attempting to add i get an error saying missing ledger account.

We understand the importance of getting this issue fixed as soon as possible for you to be able to get back to business.

 

We received reports about adding Square App transactions not being imported due to missing ledger accounts. Our engineers are doing their best to get this sorted out and resolved as soon as possible. Once an update is available, you'll be notified via email. We appreciate your patience as we are getting fixed on this one.

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users and will receive an update once troubleshooting is available. Please follow the steps provided to Contact Support:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Select Help (?).
  2. Select either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to human.
  3. Search or select Contact Us.
  4. Start a chat with a support expert.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
