Inquire about initializing a quickbook desktop license

Hello.

We purchased the license for the quickbook desktop through Amazon.

So, while installing and using the quickbook desktop, my computer broke down, so I installed it again on another computer.
However, we can't take action because it's a duplicate license, and we can't contact the person in charge of Amazon.

Can you initialize that license to register new equipment?

I can't upload the information here, so if you let me know your email address, I'll send you our purchase history and license.

Can you access your CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license code there?

Certainly, you can do so. If you possess a single-user license, you can install QBDT for exclusive access and use by one designated individual on a primary computer and one additional computer, such as a laptop or home computer.

These are the tasks you need to do to perform the QBDT installation:

 

  • Ensure you have your product and license information ready.
  • Uninstall the existing QuickBooks program before you reinstall it.
  • Download the installation files or insert the CD on the computer where you want QuickBooks Desktop installed.

It is impossible to delete the old computer for the quickbook desktop because it is broken. So, if you enter the license into the newly installed equipment, it says it is duplicated. I would like to send you the license, so could you tell me your email address?
