Question

Internal Server Error for OAUTH2

Dear Support Team,

I have recently integrated our application with the QuickBooks service and spent several hours investigating an issue related to the OAuth authorization process. Despite using correct credentials and ensuring that the redirect_uri has been properly registered, I am unable to complete the authorization flow.

Upon attempting to authorize, I encountered an unclear error message, as shown in the attached screenshot. Additionally, when inspecting the network activity in Chrome Developer Tools, I observed a server response indicating an Internal Server Error (500) originating from your end.

Could you please assist in identifying the root cause of this issue and advise on any potential resolutions?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
Roman

Thanks for joining the Community, Romario. I appreciate your detailed information and screenshot.

Since it sounds like you're working with OAuth 2.O and its authorization flow, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Intuit Developer forums.

You can use the Ask a Question button to ask a question there, or utilize the search options to search for others who've encountered similar messages.

I've also included a couple of detailed resources about working with OAuth 2.0 which may come in handy moving forward:
