Intuit Online Company Address Changing without permission

When managing an employee's work location, the address of your company is usually what you see by default. When you add a new employee, your company address should ideally stay the same.

Considering that your business address was changed to your employee's address once they were added. I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting, as QuickBooks Online (QBO) periodically exhibits strange behavior caused by cached internet cache files. The following keyboard shortcuts can be used to launch an incognito window or private browser:

• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Sh
