Inventory- Products and Services

We are setting up products and services for tracking inventory.

 

We set up an item with a purchase cost and a sale price.

 

Why aren't those numbers reflecting on the home screen for the products and services? On that page, the price and cost are the same, whereas when you open the product, the price is one number and the cost is a different one.

As per checking, I've found an ongoing investigation (INV-97747) about setting up products and services in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For now, there's no timeframe as to when this will be resolved. Rest assured that our engineers are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.

 

With this, I recommend contacting our support team for you to be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates.

  1. Log in to your QBO company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
