Whenever I try to make an inventory quantity adjustment for a specific product, this error message pops up.

Current Quantity on Hand has changed
The current Quantity on Hand for one or more variant has been changed while you were making this adjustment. Please double check the numbers below.

Does anyone know what the issue is..? Quantity on hand has not changed at all, I don't know why it keeps saying that. Also it's been impossible to get this solved with an agent over the phone.

Ensuring your inventory management success is my top priority, @anchorjyp. Let's troubleshoot and take the necessary steps to guarantee seamless quantity adjustments.

Occasionally, the accumulated cache and cookies in the system can become outdated or corrupted, leading to unexpected behaviors. Let's open your account using an incognito window and make inventory adjustments. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl+ Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

After making the adjustments successfully, return to your default browser and clear your cache to refresh the system.  You can also switch to other installed supported browsers, which is a good alternative.

For future reference, you can generate a report that provides detailed information on the performance of your business, such as the number of products sold, the revenue generated, and the profit margins.

I'm always here to lend a hand and ensure you receive the help you need, @anchorjyp. If you have additional queries with your inventories, click the reply below. Stay safe!

Incognito and doing it in a different browser didn't work.. is there another way to solve this?
