Recently when I print invoices there is a box (text box?) that appears at the bottom of the invoice. It does not show when I preview the invoice before printing it. How do I get rid of it?

Hi, @Becky112

I can guide you through the process of removing the text that shows at the bottom of your invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, I need to ask one thing.

Could you clarify if the text box has any content in it? QuickBooks Online allows you to add footer text to your invoices, but it doesn't allow for the insertion of a text box by default.

In your case, I'd appreciate it if you could send us a screenshot of what you're seeing so we can accurately help rectify the issue.

You can remove any footer text by editing the invoice template from the Custom form styles. Refer to the process below for your visual reference.

Moreover, you can see who made changes to your books and what they did through the Audit log. This feature allows you to keep track of your activities in QuickBooks.

I'm still willing to assist if you have more questions about printing your invoices or any other QuickBooks concerns you may have.

@Nicole_N  RE: If you're referring to the footer text you can add to your invoice template, you have the option to remove it from the Custom form styles.

Based on the OP's post, they clearly did not add the footer text box to the invoice template. You should place the blame, not on your customer, but where it belongs: Intuit & shoddy design and programming.
