Why do my invoices on the mobile app show line item balances of $0.00, but my desktop shows the correct line item balances?

Thank you for providing detailed information about the issue you encountered with your sales forms, @O F C.

I see that the unexpected behavior in the mobile app is affecting your experience. Refreshing the app data could help show the transactions on your device by removing stored data to improve performance. I can guide you through the steps to do this.

For Android users:

  1. Head to the bottom part of your device and select the three horizontal lines icon ☰  or Menu.
  2. Next, tap More Options ⋮ and click Settings.
  3. Then choose Refresh Data and press the YES option to confirm the action.

For iOS users:

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.
  4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

This reference provides detailed instructions to Refresh Data on your iOS device: See your latest data in the QuickBooks Online app.

Once done, open your QBO mobile app and check your invoices, and estimates. If you continue to get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the application to start fresh. Follow the steps below to delete it.

Here's how:

  1. Tap and hold the QuickBooks Online on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.

For additional resources, see the following guide: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android. It contains solutions for troubleshooting sign-in issues, upgrade errors, and Google Play charge errors.

I'd be happy to assist if you require additional assistance managing your sales forms in the mobile application. Have a good one.

I have done all of those steps already before reaching out to this forum. Neither of them has been successful.
