Invoice automaticallyemailed to wrong customer
How does this happen? Invoice is generated automatically each month. I email the invoice to the customer for her to pay online.
She emailed me today saying she received the wrong invoice.
The thing is, her invoice this month did not self-generate so there is no way I made the error. The email on the invoice that she received was correct for that customer, not for the customer that complained.
How can this possibly happen???
