I have customized an invoice on quickbooks online.

The message I have on my template is showing up twice on the printed invoice.

It's only on the template once!

Can't figure out why!

Hello, @PMeyer66.

I'm happy to provide a troubleshooting process to fix the issue about the message on the template showing twice when printed.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), printing issues can be fixed by updating, repairing, or re-installing your Adobe Reader/Acrobat.

We can start by updating the Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader to its latest version. Once updated, and you still get the same concern, we can proceed by repairing your Adobe installation.

Here's how:

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Select the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter.
  4. Select the Programs and Features. Choose Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  5. In the Setup dialog box, click Next.
  6. Select Repair, then Next to Install.
  7. When the process is complete, select Finish.
  8. Restart your computer. Then, log back into QBO and try to print.

If repairing Adobe Reader doesn't fix the problem, it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall your Adobe Reader. Please visit this article for the detailed steps and other fixes: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
