Consultando como enviar los invoices en PDF, ya que actualmente no estan llegando en ese formato.

Revisemos dos veces la configuración de correo electrónico seleccionada, Norma. De esta manera, podemos asegurarnos de que la factura llegue al destinatario como un archivo PDF.

 

Querrás marcar el PDF adjunto y elija Mostrar detalles completos en la sección Entrega en línea. Mostrará toda la información de tus facturas en el correo electrónico de tu cliente. Te mostraré cómo:

 

  1. Vaya al ícono de ajustes y seleccione Cuentas y configuración.
  2. Navegue a la pestaña Ventas.
  3. Desplácese hacia abajo hasta Entrega en línea y seleccione Mostrar detalles completos en el correo electrónico.
  4. Asegúrese de marcar el PDF adjunto.
  5. Haga clic en Guardar y luego en Listo.

You'll want to tick the PDF Attached and choose Show full details from the Online Delivery section. It will show all the information in your invoices on your customer's email. I'll show you how:

  2. Navigate to the Sales tab.
  3. Scroll down to Online delivery and pick Show full details in the email. 
  4. Make sure to put a check on the PDF Attached.
  5. Click Save, then Done.
