Quickbooks Online – Starting about 4 weeks/1 month ago, while entering an Invoice – after atleast one going through correctly – I do another and when I go to SAVE I get an error:  “You have one or more errors.  Fix the fields below to continue.”  There are no red fields highlighted below to fix??????  Is anyone able to let me know how to fix this problem?   I am not able to enter invoices correctly?  Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I understand that you want to enter your invoices correctly in QuickBooks Online, @DAS-INVOICE ENTRY.

 

Upon checking, I've found an ongoing investigation (INV-96413) about the unavailability to save an invoice in QBO with a specific error: "You have one or more errors. Fix the fields below to continue". Please know that our engineers are already aware of this and are currently working to get this fixed.

 

If you haven't, I'd recommend contacting our support team to have your name listed on the affected users and receive timely email updates.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
