Invoice New Lay out

We are pleased to announce a new invoice layout experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) designed to help you streamline your work and expedite payment. This updated experience offers a wide range of capabilities, @Sarah11_2 glive.

You can find the subtotal beneath the product and service on the invoice. For invoice activities, go to the sales tab and click on invoice. And here's how to customize invoices and estimates with the new layout:

1. Go to Sales, then Invoices or Estimates.
2. Select Create invoice or Create estimate to create a new form. Or to edit an existing form, select an invoice or estimate from the list and select View/Edit.
3. To update your company info, select Edit company on the form. Make changes as needed, and then select Save.
