Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, fransvdwalt789-g. I'll ensure you can view all the sales transactions with the associated numbers in QuickBooks Online.

If the invoice and statement platform you mean is the Invoices page, the Rows setting might be set to 50 or 100. This could be the reason why a higher than 12099 doesn't show on your end. You need to set up the Rows properly by clicking on the small gear icon in the Sales section. I've included a screenshot below for visual reference.

If you still can't see invoice numbers higher than 12099, hit the Next option at the bottom of the Invoices page. This will take you to the following page, where you can see all other entries.

You can also run and customize the Invoice List report to show all the entries you've created and their specific numbers.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Business overview and select Reports.
  2. Use the Find report by name search bar and choose Invoice List.
  3. Click the date drop-down list and select the specific date.

Lastly, you may refer to this article if you need help viewing the status of your sales transactions, like open and paid invoices: View sales transactions in QuickBooks Online.
