Invoice Reminder Issue

I have invoice reminders set to use a custom message in the emails. I just noticed that they are being sent out with AI writting up reminders and trying to be funny in the message. When I click on use Default Message, it goes to the factory default message, not my custom message. So why is QBO only sending AI and Default invoice reminders and NOT what I custom typed in the settings. I can't get it to display the custom message at all. It's AI or Default, that's it!?!?!

 

I Also just had to go into incognito mode to post this, after finding out on Google why I was getting the following error. Come on QB get your stuff together!!!!

"Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication"

    QuickBooks Online is staffed by children who think it's funny to hijack the email you send to your customers and change it into something that's completely inappropriate for business communications. Without your permission. They are completely out of control.

    I think you may be asking too much of the QuickBooks Online development team. They've had 25 years to get their "stuff" together. So far, they haven't been inclined to do so. I doubt that will change.
