Invoice via Watssap

How to activate the function to send invoices through Watsap? I found some videos that say it has the function, but it seems that mine is not available. I have QB online.

check the attached screen, this must be a default option for QB on-line. You may also check this setting

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.

Go to the Gear icon on the top right-hand corner of the page and click on "Account and Settings".

Click on the "Sales" tab in the left-hand menu.

Scroll down to the "Messages" section and click on the pencil icon to edit the message settings.

Check the box next to "WhatsApp" to activate the feature.

Click on "Save" to save the changes.

I appreciate you for sharing a screenshot with your Account and Settings. Allow me to share some information about the WhatsApp feature on your invoices.

 

The feature to send invoices via WhatsApp is unavailable to the US account and only available to selected regions like the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, etc. 

 

I'd highly suggest sending your feedback directly to our Product Development Team. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding it in a future update. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Then select Next to submit feedback.
