I have made hundreds of invoices this summer and have NEVER had a problem with the quantity and rate showing up on the invoice. I did everything the same but now the quantity and rate are not showing up.

A cache-related issue may be causing the quantity and rate not to show up on your invoice. If this is the case, let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to fix it.

 

We can use a private or incognito window to rule out cache issues in your browser. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari BrowserCommand + Shift + N

 

Log in to your QuickBooks Online account, then make an invoice. When it works, you can clear your browser's cache. Doing so removes the webpage data that's causing the issue.

 

You can also add Intuit as a trusted site to ensure all Intuit-related browser plugins are working well. 

 

Additionally, you can use other supported browsers you have updated to the latest versions.
