Invoices

When I send an invoice to my customers by email I could see that it was sent & also viewed by the customer. It use to show me how many times it was viewed & how many times it was sent. Just this week QB is not showing that history anymore. What happened? I didn't change anything.

I can guide you on how to access the updated status of an invoice in QuickBooks. When opening an invoice, the status will display in a new window. Let me walk you through the steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left menu, select Sales and go to Invoices.
  2. Choose any invoice transaction you want to view, and you can see it under Invoice Activity.

 

After receiving the payment, you'll need to record the invoice payment and deposit it into the correct account.
